Design & Construction
We offer a unique registered design, constructed using environmentally friendly systems to the highest standard and built to withstand the harshest conditions.
The design is a result from years of careful development and continual improvement, to this end we work with industry-leading suppliers and consultants. Our building systems have been developed over the years and we use some of the most advanced equipment to help achieve a high level of precision and quality.
Quality & Materials
All Clan Pods accommodation units are built to the highest standard, featuring carefully chosen materials of the best grades to create enduring substantial buildings.
We use high performance timber or aluminium doors and windows, featuring multi-point locks. We select from leading brands for all kitchen fittings and bathroom goods, plus energy efficient hot water and lighting systems with the onus on high standards and easy maintenance.
Delivery and Installation
Clan Pods are specially designed to allow easy delivery and installation. Not all sites are the same, so we do offer a choice of different base solutions, this can minimise ground works and allow easy adaptation to a wide variety of sites (even accommodate challenging sites) and ground conditions, whether or not units require to be mobile.
The units are available pre-assembled or flat packed. All units are pre-wired and plumbed ready for a rapid build on site by our experienced crew. The flat pack option is perfect for sites with difficult access or where challenging narrow roads may be encountered, making transport much more efficient.
